U set it so start in this video. i’ll watch this everyday im not doing good on my “lifestyle change” for motatvation and keep me thinking good about myself. And lifestyle change sounds so much better than a diet. Lifestyle change is u changing ur life. thnks

Thank you so much for this video. I have been natural for 6 months now and I also started living healthy by exercising and eating right. I am finding it very hard to maintain it all. But I love what you said. This was very uplifting and encouraging. I don’t need no one else approval because I have my own. This is the video I will keep watching every time I forget what natural beauty is all about. Your words was exactly what I need. Thank you so much.

P.S. This video is the reason I chose the name “GreaterLoveForMe”. It has helped me realize that I need a total makeover…inside and out. I realize this gonna be hard, and I’m gonna need allllll the help I can get. I have never lasted longer than a week on any of my “I’m gonna do better” plans and I dont have any memory at all of losing weight…I’ve always been overweight. Hopefully…I take that back…no hopefully in it…2009 will be the year of my success!!!

Thanks for the vid. Questions: Do you have stretch marks and are you confident with wearing things that reveal them? Like your arms, legs, etc.? Was it hard for you, as you got smaller, to realize you were getting smaller? I find that I still think I am the same size even though I know I am not.

Man this is great…I feel like you are the Youtube biggest loser/natural hair motivational coach. And I mean that with much love. I have already embarked on the natural journey and loving every minute of it…I am now beginning on the weight loss journey and I tell you the truth…you have to keep the videos coming because although I am ready for the weight loss journey watching your videos gave me that extra UMPH…that shoot yeah I can do it…that I and I’m sure others needed.
